Let’s not sugar-coat it — this job involves pumping out portable toilets. It’s not glamorous. It can be a bit on the nose.

But… it is steady work, good people, solid pay, and you’ll never have to worry about job security (because let’s face it — this job isn’t going anywhere).

We’re looking for a Vacuum Truck Operator to join our crew. No experience? No worries — we’ll train you up.

What you’ll be doing:

- Driving and operating a vacuum truck
- Pumping out portable toilets (yep, that’s the job)
- Refilling, restocking, and getting them back in action
- Completing daily vehicle pre‑starts
- Using a PDA to log jobs (nothing too fancy)




- Dumping waste at our Rockingham facility (open 24/7 — because waste never sleeps)

Requirements:

- HR Licence (minimum)
- Controlled Waste Ticket (non‑negotiable)
- A valuable sense of humour helps… a lot
- Strong safety mindset
- Team player who pulls their weight
- Experience in waste = bonus, not essential

The serious stuff:

- You’ll need to pass a medical + drug & alcohol test
- Random testing is part of the job
- Full Australian work rights required
- Job security (this industry isn’t slowing down)
- Good team, no egos
- Well‑maintained trucks
