We’re looking for an experienced and driven Property Manager to join our high‑performing Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative, industry‑leading group while managing a premium commercial portfolio across the CBD and city fringe. While this role is initially offered as a 12‑month contract, there is strong potential for it to transition into a permanent position.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Oversee the end‑to‑end management of a commercial property portfolio, ensuring optimal asset performance
- Build strong relationships with owners, tenants, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Manage all leasing activity including renewals, rent reviews, compliance, and documentation
- Prepare insightful monthly reports for property owners
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, payments, and arrears management
