Key Responsibilities

- Preparing and cooking a variety of delicious meals, in bulk/buffet style, to exceptionally high standards
- Ensuring the kitchen and food preparation areas are kept clean, organised, and meet all health and safety requirements
- Maintaining a focus on an exceptional dining experience for customers
- Monitoring stock levels and placing orders when required
- Adhering to all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations
- Providing guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

- Formal chef training and/or significant experience working as a chef in a commercial kitchen environment
- Exceptional culinary skills and an eye for presentation
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to thrive in a quick-paced kitchen
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to food safety and hygiene
- Enthusiasm for creating delicious, high-quality meals
