About this Role

As our Resident Experience Team Member (Assistant Property Manager), you’ll be at the heart of the resident experience at West Tower at Melbourne Quarter. As the warm and welcoming face for our residents and visitors, you will help create a vibrant community where people feel at home. From delivering exceptional service and supporting leasing activities to coordinating events and building meaningful connections, you’ll play an important role in making everyday living a little better at West Tower.

Responsibilities

- First point of contact for residents and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, calls, enquiries and resident requests
- Deliver a warm, professional and exceptional customer experience
- Support leasing and property management activities
- Coordinate resident check‑ins, inspections and apartment viewings
- Build strong relationships and foster a sense of community
- Support resident events and engagement initiatives
- Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and front office systems




- Represent the Build‑to‑Rent brand and maintain high service standards
- Support the wider team with the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the community

About You

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a results‑focused mindset
- Effective time management and the ability to multi‑task in a busy environment
- Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check
