Long Chim Perth is seeking a full time Duty Manager to support our premium dining team at the State Buildings precinct. You will develop front of house staff, implement operational procedures and ensure a spectacular guest experience day to day.
As Duty Manager you will oversee shift operations, supervise team members, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, and uphold Long Chim's high standards of service and hospitality.
