At Budget Direct, our Customer Service Consultants are the cornerstone of our customer experience. You'll be the trusted voice our customers rely on, guiding them through their insurance journey with empathy and efficiency. This role is more than just answering calls – it's about making a real difference to people when they need it most.
Important Information (Please Read Before Applying)
- Employment Type: Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hours per week)
- Location: This is an in‑office role based in our contemporary Kawana Waters office (free staff parking provided).
- Start Date: Monday 24th August 2026
- Working Hours: This full‑time role operates on a rotating roster from Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. You will also be rostered to work a maximum of one Saturday every 3 to 4 weeks.
