Job Summary

Amazon is a global customer-centric company that distributes millions of products each year. This role focuses on recruiting and onboarding associates for fulfillment, delivery, and sort centers while supporting compliance and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the recruitment and onboarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers
- Support auditing compliance to defined processes and procedures including Salesforce management, eligibility, reporting, and associate experience
- Continually identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects and develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience




- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
