Airservices Australia is seeking an Enterprise Workforce Planning Analyst to own and maintain workforce planning tools, build supply-demand models, conduct scenario analysis and provide data-driven insights that support sustainable resourcing and executive decision-making.
You will work with large datasets, identify trends, highlight risks and present findings concisely, partnering with Leaders across People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Capability, and broader business stakeholders
