Network Security Engineer (Cloudflare) – MSP – Permanent – Sydney

An established MSP is looking for a Network Security Engineer with strong SASE and Zero Trust expertise to join its Global Security Operations team. This role will be responsible for leading customer onboarding, implementation and ongoing optimisation of Cloudflare One solutions, acting as the technical owner throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will work closely with enterprise customers to design, deploy and support Cloudflare's SASE and Zero Trust platform, whilst providing technical leadership, best-practice guidance and ongoing operational support.

Responsibilities

- Lead customer onboarding, deployment and configuration of Cloudflare One solutions




- Act as the technical owner for post-sales implementation and operational support engagements
- Deliver solution designs, configuration documentation and technical workshops
- Integrate Cloudflare services with customer identity, network and cloud environments
- Provide incident support, troubleshooting and ongoing optimisation recommendations
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as a trusted technical advisor

Key Skills

- Experience with Cloudflare One or similar SASE/Zero Trust platforms - ZScaler or Netskope are fine
- Strong networking and security fundamentals across DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs and web security
- Customer-facing implementation, consulting or professional services experience
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
