Their platform supports thousands of users daily and sits at the centre of the organisation's growth strategy. As they continue to scale, they're looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to play a key role in delivering impactful product initiatives and helping shape the next generation of their platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a genuinely full-stack role , with work typically split across frontend and backend development, alongside exposure to modern cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. It's a hands-on role for an experienced engineer who enjoys owning features end-to-end, solving meaningful technical challenges, and balancing speed, quality, and business impact. You'll work closely with technical leadership, contribute to architectural decisions, and help deliver products that are used and valued by a large and growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build and launch full-stack features from idea to production
- Develop across React, Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and cloud services
- Partner closely with technical leadership to deliver on the product roadmap
- Break down large initiatives into practical, deployable increments
- Make pragmatic decisions that balance quality, speed and customer impact
- Contribute to architectural improvements and platform scalability
- Review code, mentor peers and maintain engineering best practices
- Support infrastructure and deployment workflows through Infrastructure as Code
- Take ownership of the solutions you build and the outcomes they deliver

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR (all essential)

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Professional React experience
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi, SST or similar)
- CI/CD pipeline experience, including GitHub Actions
- Experience working with ORMs such as Prisma or similar
- Experience with automated testing using Vitest or Jest
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience delivering software in production environments
