What you'll actually be doing:
You'll wear a few hats - sometimes in the same afternoon:
The juggler ; running multiple audit engagements at once, each with its own deadlines, risks, and moving parts
The fixer ; solving the technical problems before they ever reach the Partner's desk
The face ; the person CFOs and Finance Directors deal with directly; trust is built (or lost) here
The talent scout ; mentoring Seniors and Associates, shaping who eventually makes Partner after you
The dealmaker ; spotting where the relationship can grow beyond audit, because commercial instinct matters here
The gatekeeper ; the final check before financials go to the board; your sign-off carries real weight
Who you'll be working with:
This isn't a Big 4 logo-collecting exercise. You'll be working closely with clients who want a relationship with you, not a rotating cast of contacts. If you'd rather know your clients properly than manage another spreadsheet of names, this will make sense to you.

$155,000 – $175,000 inclusive of super (dependent on experience)
