We are seeking Medical Receptionists to become an integral part of our medical centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a welcoming and qualified environment. You will also ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the practice and provide an exceptional standard of care to our patients, doctors and allied health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, doctors and allied health professionals.

- Perform tasks required for the day-to-day operation of the clinic

- Process patient information, medical records, and billing

- Maintain accurate filing and database systems

- Adhere to policies and procedures regarding clinical results and patient recalls

- Ensure the smooth flow of patient operations

- Assist with general administrative and office support as needed

- Perform general housekeeping and tidying





- Maintain strict compliance with the confidentiality policy

Skills & Experience:

- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar administrative role is desirable

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail

- Experience in using Best Practice is desirable.

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- A compassionate and patient-focused approach

- Current CPR certificate desirable
