The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Mine Geologist to join our Team at MEGA Resources. As a key member of our Geologist team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional geology services, to optimize operational efficiency and maximise ore recovery.

Work Location: MEGA Resources operates across multiple sites within the Goldfields region, with opportunities available throughout our project portfolio. Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Daily/Monthly production/geological data validation and reporting.
- Geological and geo technical mapping.
- Designing and supervising drill programs.
- Designing and marking up ore blocks
- Logging of diamond and RC drilling.
- Collaborating with engineers to develop efficient mine plans with a focus on ore recovery
- Collaborating with operators/supervisors to implement mine plans
- Monthly and PTD block model reconciliation
ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- BSc degree or Msc in Geology/Geoscience
- Minimum 2-5 years experience as a mine geologist
- Valid C class manual drivers licence
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Experience in various mining software eg. Surpac, Leapfrog etc
