Our client: Our client prides themselves on a great culture and work life balance. They are a well-established Financial Planning, Mortgage Broking and Accounting practice with a national presence. Their Queensland team is experiencing growth and looking for a Mortgage Broker to service their existing client base. They have an excess of warm leads they are looking for someone to convert.

This will be the ideal role for you if you have experience working with the banks and understand their guidelines or if you currently have an existing book. Our clients have an excess of leads that have not been tapped into and this is the role for you if you enjoy building new and forming long-term relationships

Role and responsibilities:

- Touch base with existing client base to introduce yourself




- Build strong relationships with financial planning and accounting team to follow up on potential leads
- Work closely with administration support team to ensure they are providing the best support for you
- Filter through the financial planning and accounting book of leads to engage new clients
- Understand client needs and conduct fact find interviews to help them achieve their financial goals
- Ensure you are looking after the clients best interest and providing a positive seamless journey
- Keep up to date with bank guidelines and regulations

Experience:

- 2+ years experience as a Mortgage broker – residential lending
- Proven experience settling $4+ million per month
- Great communication and written ability
- Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
