Role Description This is a full-time, Mortgage Advisor role based in the Greater Sydney Area.

The Mortgage

Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial circumstances, explain mortgage options, and recommend suitable lending products. Daily responsibilities include preparing and submitting mortgage applications, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders, and tracking cases through to completion. The role involves providing explicit, compliant advice on mortgages and related financial products, maintaining accurate records, and following regulatory and company policies.

The Mortgage

Advisor will also support business development activities, such as mortgage marketing initiatives,



to grow the client base and strengthen long-term relationships.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Mortgages and proven experience, with the ability to articulate products and processes clearly to clients.

Solid Finance or Financial Planning skills to evaluate affordability, structure recommendations, and support broader client financial goals.

Relevant mortgage advice qualification, demonstrating competency in regulated mortgage advice.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases and documentation accurately.

Experience working with lenders, brokers, or in a financial services environment is highly beneficial.

Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools to manage client information and workflow.
