The role As our Motorcycle Sales Consultant, you'll join and support our existing sales team in a new role established in response to our rapid business growth.
Working hours will be four weekdays (8:30am – 5:30pm) plus Saturdays (9:00am – 3:30pm).
Your responsibilities will include
- new/used motorcycle sales incl. prospecting, upselling and closing
- assisting customers in selecting the right motorcycle for their needs
- assisting with demo rides and trying on accessories
- managing phone and email enquiries and customer service
- supporting sales and service during peak periods
- processing VicRoads registrations
- finance & insurance sales.
Essentials we're looking for
- Full Australian working rights essential
- Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience essential
- AUS driver's licence &National; Police Check essential
- Current motorcycle licence highly preferred
- Demonstrated job stability and commitment to past employers
- Strong communication skills & ability to work well in a team
- Working knowledge of motorcycles and similar.
