As Multisite Practice Manager at Coffs Coast Dental and Facial located in Coffs Harbour and Moonee Beach NSW, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and smooth operation of the practice.

This permanent full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to lead and manage our wonderful team, with your confident and inspirational style.

Here's what your role will look like:

- Leading our practice teams and ensuring the clinicians are well supported to provide an amazing end to end patient experience
- Mentoring and supporting the practice team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture
- Being responsible for front office coordination, dental assistants, sterilisation and all practice processes and procedures
- Driving the business development for the practice - building relationships with patients and the community
- Overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the practices
- Managing and monitoring practice costs, patient scheduling, billing, and collections to ensure seamless financial operations
- Coordinating with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards,



and protocols required in the industry
- Assisting with marketing strategies to attract recent patients and retain existing ones
- Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with suppliers to maintain adequate stock of office supplies

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven Dental practice leadership experience - leading and managing people, systems and processes
- Experience successfully motivating, rostering, coaching, training and engaging the team
- Commercial acumen - successful experience managing patient rebooking rate, chair utilisation, Google reviews, practice revenue, cost management and team retention
- Capability, positive influence and willingness to engage with the patients and the community for practice brand exposure
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Solid understanding of dental regulations, compliance, and infection control
- Confidence using dental software and patient management systems
- Energetic and hands-on approach, with the willingness to be hands on at reception when needed
- A working style that is calm under pressure and professional at all times
- Attention to detail!
- Adaptable and open to continuous improvement and change
