About the Role

As an Event Crew Member, you'll play an important role in bringing our events to life.

Working alongside our Creative Director, Event Producers and suppliers, you'll provide onsite support before, during and after events, helping ensure every guest experience is seamless and every detail is delivered to the highest standard.

Every project is different. One day you could be welcoming guests to a luxury property launch, the next assisting backstage at a fashion event, supporting a major public festival or helping deliver a blockbuster film premiere.

No two days are ever the same.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assisting with event bump-ins and bump-outs.
- Setting up styling, furniture, signage and event collateral.
- Greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assisting with guest registration and check-in.
- Supporting Event Producers with onsite logistics.




- Coordinating supplier and contractor arrivals.
- Assisting entertainers, speakers and VIP guests.
- Supporting backstage and green room operations where required.
- Maintaining presentation standards throughout the event.
- Running event errands and providing general onsite support.
- Representing En Pointe professionally at every touchpoint.

About You

Previous event experience is fantastic, but not essential.
