Crown Resorts is a premier destination for hospitality with our three luxury hotel brands. As a Duty Manager at Crown Metropol & Crown Promenade you will manage and assist in the running of the entire Hotel Rooms Division operation during your shift, reporting to the Front Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the hotel’s representative for guest concerns, operational issues, and emergency situations.
- Manage daily hotel inventory and room availability to meet guest requirements.
- Ensure smooth arrivals and departures, especially for VIP guests.
- Foster positive guest relationships and resolve complaints with discretion and professionalism.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
- Conduct performance reviews and support onboarding of new team members.
- Generate and distribute daily management reports and maintain accurate guest records.

Requirements

- Supervisory or management experience in Hotel Front Office Operations.




- Hotel management experience at a departmental level within a superior hotel.
- Solid knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Office suite.
- Extensive customer service experience.
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster.
- Knowledge of the Opera Property Management System (or similar).
- Hospitality or business‑related qualification is highly regarded.
