Remuneration

Up to $156,253.00. Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and the employer’s contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Position Details

Balranald Central School is a welcoming K–12 community in rural southwest NSW, catering to around 150 students, including approximately 20% Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander learners. Specific Selection Criteria

- Approval to teach Personal Development, Health and Physical Education
- Capacity to design and deliver differentiated PDHPE programs that cater to varied learning abilities and promote student engagement and achievement
- Ability to implement effective classroom management strategies that foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning environment, supporting the diverse physical, emotional, social, and cultural wellbeing needs of all students
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with students, colleagues, parents, and the wider school community

Conditions

A relocation support payment of $5,000 up to $8,000 will be available for eligible applicants.

- If no FTE is indicated, it will be assumed you are seeking the full FTE of the advertised role.
