What you'll do:

- Partner with Development, Infrastructure, and Production Support teams to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of critical applications and services.
- Design, implement, and enhance monitoring, alerting, observability, and operational tooling aligned with SRE best practices.
- Develop automation solutions, scripts, and reusable tools to reduce operational toil and improve efficiency.
- Participate in incident response, production support, root cause analysis, and problem management activities to drive continuous reliability improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate reliability frameworks, automation capabilities, and operational best practices into applications and platforms.




- Support highly available production environments through proactive monitoring, performance optimization, and on‑call participation.
