Westcoast BMW is seeking a skilled, enthusiastic Finance and Insurance Manager to join our team. This role is an opportunity to continue growing and developing your career and requires previous experience as a Finance and Insurance Manager with quality leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with the Sales Manager to secure the optimum profit from every sale.
- Offer Finance, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and a range of Warranty products and sell aftermarket products as directed.
- Assist Sales people with finance closes.
- Maintain Finance Company and Insurance Company Relations.
- Support Department Managers, sales people and other personnel and assist in the activities which add to the success of all Departments.

Key Requirements

- Sound understanding of the retail automotive industry.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of works.
- Accreditation and demonstrated understanding of the legislative requirements of the financial services industry.
- Excellent people, written and verbal communication skills.
