Responsibilities

- Administer telematics activities including device ordering, installation scheduling, troubleshooting coordination, and asset‑device reconciliation.
- Manage fleet and asset onboarding administration: creating asset records, allocating fleet numbers, uploading documentation, and coordinating handover packs.
- Support maintenance compliance activities by tracking service schedules, following up overdue actions, and collecting supporting evidence.
- Coordinate redeployment administration, ensuring custodian, location, and cost centre information is updated and condition checks are completed.
- Manage disposal administration processes including de‑fleet workflows, removal of telematics and fuel cards, collection of documentation, and record closure.
- Maintain asset and fleet system integrity, ensuring master data remains accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Provide reporting support across compliance performance, onboarding activity, disposal pipelines, and telematics coverage.
- Compile audit evidence packs and support internal reviews, audits, and assurance activities.
- Identify and escalation exceptions, risks, or data inconsistencies to support effective asset management outcomes.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in operations or administrative support roles.
- Strong data entry and record management skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.




- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.
- Solid reporting and analytical skills, including the ability to develop, maintain and distribute operational and compliance reports.
- The ability to prioritise workloads, manage competing deadlines and work independently.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the confidence to investigate and resolve issues.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on process consistency and system integrity.
