Role Description The Network Administrator role at ISRM is a remote, contract position responsible for maintaining and supporting secure network and system environments. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and monitoring network devices, managing user access, and performing routine system administration activities. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting network and system issues, providing technical support to internal teams and clients, and implementing security best practices to protect data and infrastructure.

Administrator will also assist in documenting network configurations, updating procedures, and collaborating with forensic and risk management teams to ensure reliable, secure connectivity. Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage and protect network infrastructure.

Candidates should possess skills in System Administration to maintain servers, operating systems, and related services.

Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose issues and assist users effectively.

Relevant experience with firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching, as well as familiarity with security frameworks and best practices.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar, and prior experience in information risk management or forensics are beneficial.
