Key Responsibilities: As a New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

- Selling new and used vehicles to a variety of customers
- Gaining business from both new and existing customers
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)




- Monitoring sales revenue, margins, and expense performance
- Understanding customer objectives, buying criteria, and decision-making processes
- Assisting customers throughout the vehicle selection and purchase process
- Providing top-level customer service at all stages of the sales cycle
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about all vehicles and products
- Offering cost-benefit analyses for customers to help them make informed decisions
- Going above and beyond to identify and exceed customers’ needs through in-depth advice and service

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous dealership experience is advantageous, but we also welcome applicants with a strong sales background
- Ideally, experience with Revolution/Tune dealer management system (not essential)
- Outstanding customer service and exceptional communication skills
- The ability to achieve sales targets and profile customer needs
- Vehicle Sales Licence is desirable
- Current valid driver's licence
- A strong sales background in any retail industry is welcome
