As the Nurse Unit Manager (Scrub/Scout) for the Operating Theatres, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care throughout the perioperative and postoperative stages.

Position Requirements

Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

Minimum 3-5 years of current perioperative nursing experience

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams with a proven ability to drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of excellence

Experience managing clinical staff recruitment, rostering and performance management

Exceptional communication skills with an ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with diverse alignment of objectives
