- ?Subcontractor rate: $135–$140 per hour (depending on experience)
- ? Employee salary: $95,000–$120,000 p.a. + super (full-time equivalent, depending on experience)

- ? Caseload tailored to your clinical passions and experience, including ongoing therapy, Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs), Assistive Technology (AT), and home modifications. We have a range of roles available, including assessment-focused and ongoing therapy opportunities, allowing you to tailor your caseload to your interests and experience.

About Us:

At Thrive Health Therapies, we’re committed to delivering high-quality allied health services that help people thrive across all stages of life. Our clinic in Findon features private treatment rooms, a paediatric gym, and a rehabilitation space where we can deliver a range of services, including upper limb therapy. We also offer mobile therapy services across metropolitan Adelaide, with community referrals allocated based on your location to minimise travel.

About the Role:

We have several Occupational Therapy positions available for passionate therapists, suitable for both experienced and early career OTs. Whether you’re interested in full time, part-time, or subcontractor work, we’ll support a schedule that works for you. In these roles, you’ll work with participants presenting with a broad range of disabilities and conditions. Our services include ongoing therapy,



functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, and home modifications.

You’ll have the flexibility to focus on the areas of practice and age group you most enjoy. With multiple positions available, we can tailor roles to align with your clinical interests and experience. For adult-focused therapists, opportunities may include assessment-based work, ongoing therapy, or a combination of both. While experience or willingness to provide ongoing therapy is not essential for all roles, it is highly valued.

This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organised, and passionate about making a difference. Strong communication skills and the ability to build genuine rapport with participants and their support networks are essential.

- Hold AHPRA registration
- Build great rapport with participants and their families
- Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
- Are experienced or open to working with diverse client presentations
- Value flexibility, family-friendly hours, and meaningful client relationships

Requirements (or willingness to obtain):

- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver's licence and access to a car
