Across the following locations: Sydney North | Sydney South | Sydney East | Sydney West | Wollongong | Central Coast/Newcastle | Northern NSW | Murrumbidgee | Canberra | Melbourne Salary & Benefits $81,000 – $120,000 per year FTE (inclusive of super) Plus additional benefits including: Salary packaging options to increase your take-home pay

Early Careers Program & Support At Aspect, we know that starting your career is a big step—so we’ve built a program to support you every step of the way. You’ll benefit from: A comprehensive induction program while you build your caseload A structured early careers training pathway (first 12–18 months)

Regular clinical supervision and mentoring

Training in Positive Behaviour Support and autism-specific approaches





Ongoing monthly professional development sessions A gradual, supported transition to managing your own caseload

What You’ll Be Doing Supporting 3–4 participants per day in community settings

Working collaboratively with participants and their families/support networks

Building practical, functional skills that support everyday life

Developing strengths-based, person-centred support strategies

Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Unlike private practice, you won’t need to source your own clients—we’ll support you to build a sustainable caseload.

Qualifications What You’ll Bring Tertiary qualification in:

Occupational Therapy, or

Speech Pathology

1–3 years’ experience (or new graduates encouraged to apply)

Interest in working with autistic people and neurodivergence

Willingness to work in community-based settings

Membership with Speech Pathology Australia AHPRA registration (for OTs)
