We now have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, experienced professional to join our team as Omnichannel Manager, based at our Sydney CBD head office. You'll sit at the centre of our digital business, aligning our e-commerce, third-party platform concessions, and in-store retail. You'll manage the team responsible for customer calls and emails, NPS, special orders, and care and repair.
Reporting to the Retail Director locally and the Chief Omnichannel Officer in Paris, you'll lead two direct reports, the E-Commerce Executive and the Customer Service and Care and Repair Executive, and own cross-channel sales performance, P&L;, and partner relationships.

Key duties and responsibilities
Develop and execute the omnichannel strategy across DTC e-commerce, digital concessions, and physical retail.
Own the CRM strategy and customer contact plan, and partner with the Global CRM team on campaign direction and segmentation.
Manage relationships with third-party platform partners, including performance reviews and commercial negotiations.
Work with the merchandising team to keep product assortment aligned to e-commerce demand.
Oversee fulfilment workflows and own relationships with last mile logistics partners.
Partner with logistics and legal teams on carrier and fulfilment contract negotiations.
Lead campaign planning and current product launch coordination across all channels.
Own sales targets and the digital P&L;, including revenue, delivery cost, returns, and platform fees.
Identify cost saving opportunities across fulfilment, logistics, and platform operations.
Manage Customer Service Executive, covering all inbound calls and emails from customers.
Oversee NPS performance and use customer feedback to lift service standards.
Oversee the special order process, from request through to fulfilment.
Manage the care and repair function, driving improvements to satisfaction and turnaround times.
Own cross-channel KPI reporting and report regularly to the Retail Director and Chief Omnichannel Officer.
Review daily trading performance and resolve issues as they come up.
Lead, develop, and manage performance for your direct reports. The ideal candidate will:
Have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or omnichannel operations, ideally in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle.
Have proven experience managing third-party platform relationships, such as department store concessions.
Show strong commercial acumen with the ability to read trading data and turn it into action.
Have experience managing and developing a small team.
Communicate well and manage stakeholders with confidence, including senior leadership.
Know e-commerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, plus analytics tools.
Have advanced digital analytics capability, including GA4, customer behaviour analysis, and conversion optimisation.
