About the Role

ENGAGE Education & Consulting Services is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Operations Analyst to support business operations through data analysis, process optimization, and performance monitoring. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements, develop actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and business growth.

? Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Analysis & Performance Management

- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational performance reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Evaluate business performance and measure the effectiveness of process improvement initiatives.
- Support forecasting, capacity planning, and resource utilization analysis.

Process Improvement & Business Support
- Review and optimize business processes to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
- Support business transformation and digitalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects across the organization.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and maintain operational data from multiple systems and sources.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business summaries for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to generate meaningful insights.
- Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Academic, and Business Development teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve business processes.
- Support project implementation and organizational initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to project teams and management.

✅ Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, project coordination, consulting, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other analytics tools is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or business management systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
