We’re a small, hands-on team looking for a friendly and highly organised operations assistant to keep everything running smoothly. This role requires you to be onsite at our South Yarra office at least twice a week, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.

You will be part of an inclusive and supportive team that encourages your growth and development alongside our brand.

The Role:

- The Operations Assistant keeps our installation and maintenance projects organised and running to schedule. This is the role that holds the day together, making sure materials arrive, jobs are booked correctly, clients know what to expect, and our crews have everything they need to do great work.

We Need Someone:

- Scheduling our installation and maintenance crews, and adjusting the plan as the day changes
- Booking deliveries, freight, and plant and material orders, and chasing suppliers so nothing holds up a job




- Assisting with purchasing and stock control across the greenhouse and our South Yarra base
- Managing jobs in ServiceM8 and keeping the information accurate and current
- Looking after the operations inbox and talking with clients about upcoming installations and maintenance visits
- Helping with quoting administration, invoicing, and project documentation, and supporting handovers from sales through to installation
- We are looking for someone organised and proactive who enjoys keeping things running well and wants to grow with the business.
