We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our Asia Pacific Leadership Team as Head of Delivery – Asia Pacific .

This is more than a delivery role. It's an opportunity to influence regional strategy, build high‑performing teams, drive operational excellence, and create outstanding customer outcomes across one of the mining industry's most energetic regions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the President, Asia Pacific, you’ll lead the regional Delivery organisation across our Equipment and Aftermarket businesses, ensuring projects, installations, commissioning activities and customer programs are delivered safely, efficiently and successfully.

Working at the intersection of strategy, execution, customer engagement and people leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Metso delivers value to customers today and into the future.

What You’ll Do

- Lead delivery excellence across Asia Pacific, ensuring safe, predictable and profitable execution.
- Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Drive business performance, operational effectiveness and sustainable growth.

About You

You're a respected leader with a proven track record of leading large‑scale delivery, operations or project organisations within mining, minerals processing, capital equipment or industrial services.

- Strong commercial, financial and operational leadership capability.
- Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.
- A customer‑first mindset and passion for delivery excellence.
- The ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive transformational change.
- A collaborative, inclusive leadership style that develops people and delivers results.

A degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline is essential. Postgraduate qualifications and Asia Pacific leadership experience will be highly regarded.
