From managing tenancy and property services to building relationships with community stakeholders, your work will directly contribute to creating safe, sustainable housing outcomes.

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership to teams delivering housing intake, tenancy management, and property services directly to customers, whether by phone, in the field, or through outreach in the community.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands‑on problem‑solving, overseeing resource planning, managing budgets, and ensuring productive, high‑quality services.
- Work closely with community stakeholders and housing providers to improve services and ensure properties are allocated to those who need them most.
- Manage maintenance programs, review appeals,



and prepare high‑level correspondence to support the department’s mission to create a fair and sustainable housing system.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in leading teams in a service delivery environment.
- Strong business management expertise, including financial, contract, and project management.
- Ability to adapt to change, manage conflicting demands, and identify development opportunities for your team.
- Class C driver’s licence is required.
