Kalgoorlie Consulting Services Pty Ltd is seeking employees residential to Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields or those willing to relocate. This senior leadership role provides real autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-discipline operations and project teams to deliver to specification, on time, and within agreed financial targets
- Manage the full project lifecycle – estimating, scheduling, execution, invoicing, and reporting
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, building solid and lasting relationships
- Identify and develop new revenue opportunities for CPC Engineering
- Monitor P&L;, control costs, and drive continuous improvement across your area of responsibility
- Uphold and promote a zero-harm safety culture at all times
- Deputise for the Divisional Manager when required
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing operations or projects in engineering, mining, construction, or oil & gas
- A trade qualification and/or relevant management qualifications (preferred)
- Strong financial acumen – understanding budgets, P&L;, and contract management
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Solid computer skills across the Microsoft Suite and/or project management software
- An entrepreneurial mindset and genuine drive to grow a business
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass pre‑employment drug, alcohol, and background screening
