Delivery & Assembly Technician — Casual, with a path to Full-Time

Flex Fitness Equipment is WA's fastest-growing fitness equipment retailer, known for our white‑glove service — we don't just sell equipment, we design, deliver and install it. We're looking for a reliable Delivery & Assembly Technician to join our Wangara-based team, starting on a casual basis with the opportunity to move into a full‑time role for the right person.
The role:
You’ll be delivering and assembling fitness equipment in customers' homes and commercial gyms across Perth metro — everything from a single treadmill to a full home gym fitout. You’ll be the face of Flex on the day of delivery, so a professional, can‑do attitude matters as much as the physical work.
What you'll be doing:
- Loading, driving and delivering equipment to customer sites
- Assembling and installing fitness equipment to a high standard
- Representing Flex professionally in customers’ homes
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a small delivery team
- General warehouse support between runs (loading, stock handling)
What you need:
- Current manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance — this role involves working inside customers' homes
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Valuable communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Based out of our Wangara warehouse
- Casual start with genuine progression to full time for the right person
