Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities for residents, ensuring each day is positive.
- Provide personal care and emotional support to help residents feel safe and valued.
- Assist with direct care tasks as required.
- Explore residents’ personal interests and plan innovative activities that motivate and bring joy.
Qualifications
- Passion for enriching the lives of older Australians.
- Team-oriented team player with a warm and welcoming approach.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong desire to build genuine relationships and see residents enjoying themselves.
