We have a great chance for a motivated Salesperson/ Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Albion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.

Key Responsibilities

- Inbound phone & online sales processing
- In-store customer service
- Order & receipt incoming stock
- Process & pick purchase orders
- Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

Qualifications

- Exceptional communication skills
- A customer service champion
- Experience or a passion for auto parts
- Well presented
- Great phone manner
- Ability to influence & negotiate
- Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
- Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
