Here’s What You’ll Be Up To…
- Oversee the daily operation of the Member Engagement Desk, and working with other teams, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to all members and visitors, handling enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Accurately process transactions, including memberships, program bookings and payments
- Maintain clear and positive communication with customers and staff, contributing to a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Identify and suggest improvements to procedures for more effective department operations
- Promoting memberships, programs, and upcoming events

The must-know bits
You will be required to undertake employment checks, which may include a Criminal History Check, Qualification Check, Working with Children Check, Medical Declaration and/or a Functional Test, as relevant to the position for which you have applied.
Where a Criminal History Check is required and has returned a result that indicates disclosable court outcomes, you will be required to provide a copy of the report to Penrith City Council, for review, to progress through the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Current First Aid Certificate
- A valid NSW Working with Children Check - please provide your valid NSW Working with Children Check and your date of birth for verification.
- Please outline demonstrated administration or customer service experience within a fast-paced work environment
