The Role
We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded professional to join us as a Leadership & Business Development Consultant.
This is a remote, independent contractor engagement suited to individuals who value autonomy, take ownership of outcomes, and are motivated by performance and impact.
You will operate in the leadership and professional development space, combining business development with meaningful conversations that support individuals exploring their own growth and direction.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Implementing professional business development activities using approved digital channels
- Managing and responding to enquiries from prospective clients
- Conducting structured discovery conversations to understand individual goals
- Presenting leadership and professional development programmes clearly and accurately
- Building and maintaining strong,
trust-based relationships
- Managing your own schedule, activity levels and performance outcomes
- Participating in ongoing training, mentoring and development
Who This Suits

- HR, People & Culture, or Learning & Development
- Business Development, Sales or Consulting
- Leadership, Coaching or Professional Services
You are likely to:
- Have a minimum of 3–5 years’ professional experience
- Be confident communicating with professionals at all levels
- Think commercially and take responsibility for results
- Be comfortable working independently with a high level of self-direction
- Value flexibility, autonomy and performance-based outcomes
- Be open to operating outside traditional corporate structures
