Stellar Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to join a site-based team near Moranbah in a large mining operation. You will provide practical HR advice, hands-on support and contribute to recruitment, onboarding and retention, while liaising with HR leadership on site.

The role offers a permanent full time contract with a structured 9-day fortnight, camp/meals or local living allowance, and above market salary with private health cover. Bowen Basin base, autonomous yet supported by HR leadership.
