Blacktown City Council is seeking a Community Development Officer - Women to lead initiatives supporting women and gender-diverse people. You will identify needs, build partnerships, and develop responsive programmes to strengthen inclusion and wellbeing across the Blacktown community.

You will collaborate with residents and service providers to turn ideas into practical outcomes, contributing to safer, stronger communities and robust engagement with local stakeholders.
