The Client Services Representative Team at DPV provides services to both staff and external clients. The team is often the first point of contact for DPV clients and is committed to delivering its services with professionalism, quality and efficiency. We are recruiting a part‑time (0.95) Client Services Representative to work across a variety of DPV Health sites where service delivery at reception is performed in a skilled, proficient and caring manner for staff members and clients of DPV Health.
Desired Skills and Experience
Applicants must have significant customer service experience, a high level of competency in Microsoft Office products, and highly developed communication and problem‑solving skills to manage complex enquiries. Adaptability to new information technology systems and the ability to relate well with clients and staff will be highly valuable for this position.
Job Requirements
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check, International Police Check (if applicable) and hold a valid WWCC.
- Full driver licence and willingness to travel between sites.
