12‑month fixed‑term contract. The Workforce Change Consultant will work within nbn’s People & Culture group, driving workforce change initiatives and incorporating data and insights to inform decisions and operating models, ensuring the organisation’s structure supports business outcomes.

Responsibilities and Role Summary

- Deliver end‑to‑end workforce change from design to delivery.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and implement operating models.
- Accountable for driving a variety of strategic people initiatives and programmes across the employee lifecycle, enabling business objectives, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Help foster a culture of collaboration, engagement and continuous growth, ensuring people strategies translate into tangible outcomes that elevate performance and enhance employee experience.
- Apply a strong focus on organisational and talent development, employee relations and data‑driven decision‑making to act as a trusted advisor who brings clarity and purpose to every conversation.

Qualifications

Thoughtful and strategic HR professional with proven experience in workforce change and business partnering,



driving strategic people programs ideally within large and complex organisations and supporting operational business units. Demonstrated deep understanding of organisational dynamics, a passion for translating people strategy into real‑world impact, and a track record of engaging with senior leaders, including executive members. Experience in Workforce Change, change management and data analytics, enabling the creation of compelling narratives that drive decision‑making. Comfort within dynamic environments, balancing long‑term vision with day‑to‑day priorities, and a collaborative mindset to build strong relationships across the business.
