Company Description One Surgical is an exclusive Sales Agent for Zimmer Biomet, supporting a select group of healthcare providers across greater Sydney. The team focuses on delivering high-quality orthopaedic solutions while building long-term partnerships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Beyond product sales, One Surgical provides ongoing technical support and training to ensure safe and effective use of orthopaedic devices.

Team members work closely with clinical staff in hospital and surgical settings, contributing to positive patient outcomes and productive operating room workflows.

Role Description The Orthopaedic Sales Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Sydney Area. The role involves supporting surgeons and clinical teams in operating theatres, providing product information, instrumentation support, and case coverage for Zimmer Biomet orthopaedic implants and devices. The associate will build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, coordinate product demonstrations, and assist with training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and other staff.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing inventory and consignment stock, processing orders, preparing quotes, tracking sales activities, and responding promptly to customer inquiries. The role also includes monitoring market trends, contributing to territory sales plans,



and collaborating with the broader team to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence in clinical and operating theatre environments.

Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing schedules, cases, and inventory across multiple sites.

Comfort with learning technical product information and explaining complex concepts clearly and accurately.

Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure, fast-paced settings, including early starts and occasional after-hours case support.

Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) and willingness to track and report sales activities.

Previous experience in medical device sales, orthopaedics, theatre nursing, physiotherapy, or other clinical roles is highly beneficial.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the Greater Sydney Area and northern Sydney hospitals as required.

Tertiary qualifications in health sciences, business, or a related field are an advantage but not mandatory.
