Define OT platform strategy, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmap for electricity transmission and distribution grid operations.

Act as the subject matter expert for grid management platforms including SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, MTA, DDLR, DERMS, and comparable OT technologies.

Lead platform assessment, fit-gap analysis, vendor evaluation, solution optioning, and architecture recommendations for grid modernization programs.

Design and govern integrated OT architecture covering real-time monitoring, control, network modelling, DER orchestration, dynamic line rating, wide-area situational awareness, and operational intelligence.

Enable OT/IT convergence by integrating grid platforms with enterprise systems, cloud services, data platforms, analytics, AI/GenAI capabilities, and cybersecurity controls.

Define business capability models, operating models, integration patterns, data requirements, and governance principles for future grid operations.

Provide architecture leadership, stakeholder advisory, solution assurance, and executive-level guidance across complex OT transformation programs.

Support RFPs, proactive proposals, presales solutioning, reusable assets, and thought leadership for utility grid modernization opportunities.

Required

Experience

15+ years of experience in OT architecture, grid operations technology, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation within utilities or asset-intensive industries.

Demonstrated experience architecting, implementing, upgrading and / or modernising electricity grid management platforms such as SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, MTA, DDLR, and DERMS.

Robust understanding of real-time grid operations, control room environments, telemetry, network models, operational data flows, and mission-critical platform resilience.

Experience with GE GridOS, PowerOn Advantage, eTerra or comparable leading grid management platforms, including platform architecture, integration, configuration,



and transformation considerations.

Proven ability to translate business, operational, regulatory, and technology drivers into practical architecture roadmaps and executable transformation plans.

Experience in consulting, stakeholder advisory, presales support, solution shaping, and executive communication for complex utility transformation programs.

Preferred

Skills

Deep knowledge of GE GridOS architecture, roadmap, modules, integration patterns, and deployment considerations.

Hands-on exposure to transmission and distribution platforms including SCADA, EMS, ADMS, WAMS, DERMS, outage management, market systems, and grid analytics.

Understanding of DER integration, dynamic line rating, distributed flexibility, grid edge orchestration, and energy transition use cases.

Familiarity with OT cybersecurity, critical infrastructure resilience, high availability, disaster recovery, and operational risk controls.

Ability to engage senior business, operations, engineering, technology, and vendor stakeholders with clear architecture narratives and outcome-led recommendations.
