Happy Learners has been a trusted provider of paediatric occupational therapy for 12 years on Brisbane’s Southside. We’re an NDIS-registered provider with a passionate team OTs — from early career to highly experienced senior clinicians — who work together to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed care for children and families.

Our mission is to help children and young people access and participate fully in their everyday activities. Through play-based and meaningful engagement, we support development, build essential skills, foster independence, and empower families.

? Your week in practice

- A balanced mix of clinic-based sessions and local community visits (planned for daily flow)
- Play-based, evidence-informed and strengths-focused therapy for children and teens (2-17 yrs)
- Collaboration with families, educators, and other therapists
- Protected time for prep, notes, reports, and reflection
- Regular supervision and mentoring with experienced and senior OTs who love supporting and cheering you on
- Team lunches, daily laughs — and half-day Fridays!

? About You

- Experienced OT or Early Career OT (minimum 1-2 years experience in Paediatrics)
- Passionate about paediatrics, play, and helping children thrive
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team and value connection, shared learning, and communication
- Hold a current Blue Card (QLD), NDIS Worker Check and driver’s licence

Hours: (full-time) Mon-Thursday: 7.30am to 4.30pm

Fri: 7.30am to 11.30am
