We're hiring! Seeking a Trade Qualified Panel Beater to complete our panel team at SMART Silverwater.

Monday to Friday, with guaranteed overtime and supportive team and network.

What You'll Be Doing

- Repairing and straightening damaged vehicle bodies, panels, and frames
- Removing and replacing panels where repair is not viable
- Reading and interpreting repair methods and job cards
- Working to repair scope and time targets
- Maintaining quality standards at every stage of the repair process
- Operating workshop equipment safely and in line with procedures

What We're Looking For

- Trade Qualified Panel Beater and NSW Trade licence
- Proven experience in a smash repair environment
- Ability to work efficiently to scope without compromising quality
- Solid attention to detail
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and a solid team player
- Full Australian work rights required
