We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater op Strip and Fitter to join our Geebung team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse mix of repair streams, including insurance, OEM and dealer warranty repairs, and large-scale hail programs. As a key member of the workshop, you will bring technical expertise, leadership capability, and pride in workmanship, helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.

About You: We’re looking for team members who take pride in their work and are passionate about producing high-quality results. The ideal candidates will have:

- Trade Qualified
- Minimum 3 years’ experience (for qualified trades roles)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality
- A desire to be part of a professional, close-knit team
- Ability to interpret OEM procedures and repair blueprinting accurately
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for job tracking and system updates

- Current Australian driver’s licence

- Full Australian working rights

Key Responsibilities (depending on role):

- Panel Beaters/ Strip and Fitters: Efficient dismantling and reassembly of vehicles with care and accuracy
