Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join their friendly and supportive team. The Role

Working closely with experienced Family Lawyers, you will play a key role in supporting the team across a diverse range of family law matters.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing and drafting court documents, correspondence and legal documentation
- Managing files from commencement through to completion
- Liaising with clients, barristers, experts and the Family Court
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- Drafting affidavits, financial statements and consent orders
- Coordinating mediations, conferences and court appearances
- Conducting legal research and property searches
- Preparing disclosure documents and court bundles
- Diary and deadline management
- File management and electronic filing
- Monthly billing
- General administrative and paralegal support as required





About You To be successful in this role you will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Family Law Paralegal or Legal Assistant within family law
- Sound knowledge of Family Court procedures and processes
- Experience preparing family law documentation
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and client relationship skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach
