We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on leader to help run Boneo Discovery Park.
This is a casual leadership rolewith regular shifts throughout the week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays is essential. Additional weekday shifts will be offered based on operational needs, particularly during school holidays and peak seasons.
About the Role
As Park Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the park during your shift. You’ll lead the team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, solve problems quickly, drive sales and ensure the park operates safely and efficiently.
This role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever they’re needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the park
- Supervise, coach and develop staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maximise revenue through confident upselling
- Respond quickly to customer and operational issues
- Ensure activities operate safely and on schedule
- Open and close the park
- Maintain presentation,
cleanliness and safety standards
- Help build a positive, high-performing team culture
- Take ownership of the park while on shift

Essential Requirements
- Available to work weekends every week.
- Flexible to work weekdays, public holidays and additional shifts during busy periods.
- Previous leadership experience in hospitality, tourism, retail, entertainment or a similar customer-focused environment.
- Current driver’s licence preferred.
